- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site host (Squarespace) records basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, using cookies and similar tools.

- To respond to your inquiry and provide the real estate services you ask about.
- To contact you by phone, text message or email about your request and related real estate matters.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To meet legal, licensing and brokerage recordkeeping requirements.
Calls and text messages
By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email at the information you provide, about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or by asking us not to contact you.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, such as Squarespace (website hosting) and Google (email and secure storage of inquiries).
- With Coldwell Banker Realty, and with parties to a transaction you are involved in (such as a lender, attorney or other agent), when needed to provide the services you request.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Cookies
Our site host uses cookies for the site to work and to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide services and meet legal or brokerage recordkeeping requirements, and then delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access-controlled accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Email JA@jarrodaskin.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
